He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Hawthorne of Claremore, OK and Dana Benthin of Frontenac, KS; his grandchildren, Taeler Holbrook (Purdon) of Oklahoma City, OK, Kelse Blackwell (Purdon) of Inola, OK and Brody Benthin of Pittsburg, KS; his great grandchild Gordyn Blackwell of Inola, OK; and his siblings, Jerry Harper of Texas and Evajean Burns. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
