He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Stevens and Opal Stevens (Karnes); his wife Kimberly Kay Reetz; his sister Marilyn Stevens; and his brother-in-law Robert Gideon.
He is survived by: his children, Gage Stevens (Madison), Tabitha Stevens, Jennifer Baker and Crystal Ray Stevens; his sister Shirley Gideon; his half-sister Sue Orender; and his brother Junior Oehme.
