He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Withrow and Harriet Withrow (Adamson); and his siblings, Daniel, James and Julia.
He is survived by: his wife Adena Henry; his sons, Jason Withrow (Stephanie) of Pittsburg, KS and Wesley Withrow (Sarah) of Collinsville, OK; his brother Joseph Withrow of Nickerson, KS; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Noah and Elsie.
