He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Souther and Colleen Souther (McDaniel); and his wife Janice Lynn Denney. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Haskew (Jacob) of Vienna, Austria, Stacey Day of Pittsburg, Kansas, Andrew Adams (Janie Roberge) of Newlands and British Columbia; his siblings, Sherry Robinson of Pittsburg and Terry DeBusk of Richmond; and his former wife Joanne Souther of Havelock. He is also survived by four granddaughters and two grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a homeless veterans organization in Monty's memory.
