With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Bitner of Pittsburg, Kansas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on July 12, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence A. Bitner and Anna Katherine Bitner (Sullivan); and his brother Patrick Bitner. He is survived by: his nephew Larry Bitner; and his niece Tammy Bitner. He is also survived by one great nephew, three great nieces; and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to Disabled American Veterans.
