He is survived by: his wife Karolyn; his daughters, Lu Ann Duval (Chris) of Overland Park, KS and Lora Grooms (Eric) of Augusta, KS; his siblings, Marlene Ossana (Jim) of Pittsburg, KS and Don Bertalotto (Donna) of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren, Neil Duval (Kaitlyn) of Wheaton, IL and Lauren Duval Dobesh (Michael) of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
