She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel "Curtis" Tompkins and Thelma Burton; her husband Gary Kirk Carlat; and her brother Robert Tompkins (Gary). She is survived by: her children, Stan Carlat (Debbie) of Ashburn, VA, Jeff Carlat (Lisa) of Cypress, TX and Cherie Keplinger (Paul) of Mansfield, TX; and her grandchildren, Tanner, Kaley Carlat, Bryan, Sarah Carlat, Cameron and Luke Keplinger.
