He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Raymond Phillips, Sr. and Lottie Margaret Phillips (Johns); and his siblings, Brenda Berry and J. R. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Stanley; his children, Kenneth Phillips, Jr., Michael Phillips, Summer Phillips, Kris Elam, Angela Brown and David Elam; his sister Lottie Strasser; and his grandchildren, Rilee, Allie, Tucker, Hunter, Spencer, Taylor, Cheyene, Dakota, Draven and Chayden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home & Crematory - Pittsburg (522 S Broadway St, Pittsburg, KS 66762). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation; these may be left at or mailed to the funeral home.
