She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvin L. and Mary Elizabeth Wilhite (Hakes). She is survived by: her spouse Paul L. Walters; her children, Theresa L. Owen (Charles) of Pittsburg, KS, Robert Paul Walters (Karla) of El Dorado, KS and Bryan C. Walters (Johna) of Fairland, OK; and her brothers, Allen Roy Wilhite of Austin, TX and Van Wilhite of Westpoint, CA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to the Habitat for Humanity.
