He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Street (Shawn) of Joplin, MO and Holly Robbins (Tandy) of Pemberville, OH; and his grandchildren, Ian Street, Gwenna Street, Simon Jay, Kristi Jay, Sarah Jay and Corey Jay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
