Scott, KS; his nieces and nephews, Steve Thomas of Kansas City, Tommy Thomas of Pittsburg, KS, Clint McColm of McCune, KS, Sheila Markley of Pittsburg, KS and Shelly Parks of Joplin, MO.; his children, Scott Hickman and Cindy Roberts (Dale Roberts); and his brother-in-law Jim Thomas of Pittsburg, KS.
