He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Stebbins and Ruth Stebbins (Bauer); and his sister Patricia "Pat" Wells. He is survived by: his former wives, Sheila Lee Limpus and Linda Gilmore; his children, Timothy Stebbins (Chandra) of Pittsburg, KS, Paul Stebbins (Heather) of Liberal, MO and Kimberlee Towner of Olathe, KS; his brother Peter Stebbins (Trish); his grandchildren, Beatrice Roseland, Sarah Stebbins, Ayden Stebbins, Tory Towner, Chance Towner, Tristan Towner, Madison Towner, Tyler Stebbins, Molly Stebbins, Libby Stebbins and Tanner Stebbins; his stepgrandson Jason Reed; and his great grandchild Haylee Towner.
