Phillips; his children, Mark Franklin Herford of Pittsburg, KS, Timothy Paul Herford (Virginia) of Pittsburg, KS, Sarah Elzona Goolsby (Keith) of Branson, MO and Jennifer Ruth Smithson (Stephen) of Pittsburg, KS; and his grandchildren, Elisabeth Herford, Eileen Robarts, Paul Herford, Heather Tucker, Drew Goosby, Courtney Hagebusch, Tayor Smithson and Sarah Lott. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
