She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gilmore and Alice Gilmore (Ferns); her spouse Joe J. Deckard; and her brothers, John, Fernan, Leo, Pete, Charles, Edward, Danny, Thomas and Joseph Gilmore.
She is survived by: her children, David Deckard (Becky) of Wichita, KS, Mark Deckard (Stephanie) of Pittsburg, KS and Judy Wingebach (Bernie) of Arma, KS; her sisters, Mary Zakowski of Pittsburg, KS and Rose Wente of Springfield, MO; and her grandchildren, B. J. Wingebach of Arma, KS, Nathan Wingebach (Trisha) of Joplin, MO and Tiffany Deckard of Pittsburg, KS. She is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to be sent to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
