He is survived by: his mother Virginia Joyce Myers (Yoke) of Fort Scott; his sisters, Lesa D. Butler (Steve) of Lucas and Bridget A. Reber (Hobie) of Lake Winnebago, Missouri; his nieces and nephews, Kayla Blevins, Jennifer Butler, Samuel, Maxwell and Ava Reber; and his great-nephew Asher Blevins.
