She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry James and Dolores Arlene Conrey (Withrow); her son Daniel Fornelli; and her brother Kevin Conrey. She is survived by: her children, David Fornelli (Jackie) of Frontenac, KS and Kate Fornelli of Cherokee, KS; her siblings, Mark Conrey of Valley, NE, Mike Conrey of Austin, TX, Patty Borushaski of Neosho, MO and Mary Jo Ernst of Kansas City, MO; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Fornelli, Giovanni Fornelli, Hope Sluder, Leo Fornelli and Roman Fornelli.
