He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Verga and Alice Mae Verga (Harper); and his siblings, Maggie Davis, John Verga, Katherine Viranda, Alex Verga, Edith Marchello, Jack Verga, Dolly Inman and Joe Verga.
He is survived by: his wife Rosetta M. Jones; his son Billy Verga Jr. (Kim) of Pittsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Annie Varsolona (Ryan) of Frontenac, KS, Charli Stroud of Pittsburg, KS, Jenna Verga of Pittsburg, KS and Sara Verga of Salem, OR; and his great grandchildren, Ace, Jaxon, Bella, Gio Varsolona, Frankie and Stiles Stroud. He is also survived by Grandpa and Paka to his granddaughters and great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to Habitat for Humanity or Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
