She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Shriver and Alpha Shriver (Freund); and her children, Mark Allen and Janet Louise. She is survived by: her significant other Harley R. Smith; her children, Lynda S. Wilkinson (Wendell) of Pittsburg, Ken R. Smith (Amy Gulley) of Evergreen and Leesa A. Sullivan (Patrick) of Flower Mound, Texas.; her grandchildren, Kyle Wilkinson, Cody Wilkinson, Tyler Sullivan, Ashley Porter, Alexis Cason and Alyssa Smith; and her kitty Keke. She is also survived by her twelve great grandchildren.
To honor Audrey's life the family suggests a donation to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
