With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia A. Munyon (Phillipsburg, Kansas), born in Kirwin, Kansas, who passed away on June 25, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sarchet and Goldie Sarchet; her husband Doren Munyon; her daughter Janet McCormack Devena; her stepmother Rosa Sarchet; and her brothers, Victor and Wayne Sarchet.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanette Wieser (Ben); her grandchildren, Joel, Carolyn McCormack of Eldon, MO, Judd, Janell McCormack, Ryan, Brandi Redinger of Kearney, NE, Shayln, Cody Behnk, Dylan and Paige Wieser of Fullerton, NE.; her great grandchildren, Kainen McCormack, Alyssa, Kyla McCormack, Makenna Redinger (Bryson Schultz), Tyson, Tate Redinger, Becken Wennekamp, Hoyt, Kit Behnk, Cam and Redden Wieser; her sister Dorothy King (Howard) of Scott City, KS; and also Lizzie Roach. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins that were special to her and many cherished friends.
