He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Highley, Sr. and Faith Highley (Fortin). He is survived by: his wife Kendra Otteson; his children, Kelli Willis of Moundridge, KS and Jason Highley of Halstead, KS; his grandchildren, Mikayla Lare, Kolton Lare and Klay Willis; and his great grandchild Liam Willcutt.
