He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duane Horner and Monnie Horner (Morgan); his wife Cindy; his children, Mike of McCook, NE, J. R. of Polk City, IA, Tandy of Tampa, FL and Jamie of Auburn, KS; and his siblings, Dave, Tony of Phillipsburg and Linda Waters of Stockton. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Matt Merklein Memorial Scholarship Fund or the Phillipsburg Golf Club.
