It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond B. Griffith of Phillipsburg, Kansas, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burlie Griffith and Ellen Griffith (Christiansen). He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Deb Thomas (Delaine) of Prairie View, Kenny (Deb) of Goodland and Toby of Phillipsburg; his sister Ruth Warner of Lebanon; his adoptive son Andy Gibson of Kirwin; and his pet Luke. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel (1115 2nd St, Phillipsburg, KS 67661). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church (150 S 7th St, Phillipsburg, KS 67661). The military honors was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the North Oak Creek Cemetery (22052 KS-181, Lebanon, KS 66952).
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge of Omaha, NE.
