He is survived by: his children, Kenton Lee, Kurtis Leroy and Kathy LeAnn (Schmid); his wife Loretta; his son Kent; his daughter-in-law Shannon Struik (Eckels); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Andrew, Rachael of Iowa and Kurt Struik; his son-in-law Randy Schmid of Kensington, Kansas; his granddaughter Ashley Schilowsky (Josh); his great grandchildren, Ty, Tru, Tayslee and Tillmyn of Phillipsburg, KS; his granddaughter Amber Kindler (Jay); his sister Linda (Struik); his brother-in-law Loren Vande Lune of Pella, IA; his sister Carol (Struik); his brother-in-law Ben Van Zee of Ankeny, IA; his sister Phyllis (Struik); and his brothers-in-law, Dave Vander Pol of Pella, IA and Lowell Vande Lune of Pella.
