He is survived by: his brother J. R. Cunningham of Stockton; his friend Craig Hammond; his children, Shawn (Kim) of Smith Center, KS, Chad of Cedar Rapids, IA, Justin of Hays, KS, Stacy Hines (Jeremy) of Carl Junction, MO and Chelsea of Phillipsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Craig, Brayden Hale, Jeran Hale, Treaven Hale, Gracyn Hale, Daegan Craig, Alayna Craig, Amaya, Isaiah Michael and Shawnalyn Craig; and his siblings, Tamara Craig of Wichita, KS, Richie Craig of Wichita, KS and Marlene Holloway.
