He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Taylor and Geneva Taylor (Ragsdale); his wife Mary Lou Elizabeth Hanes; and his brothers, Frank and Dean.

He is survived by: his sons, Tony (Jennifer) of Phillipsburg, Brian (Pam) of Phillipsburg and Clayton (Ann) of Stockton; and his sister Virginia Lois Miller of Phillipsburg. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Phillips County E.M.S. or American Heart Association.
