He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Raymond and Fern Witmer (May). He is survived by: his wife Helen Kuiken; his children, Valissa Witmer (Gloriana Hunter) of Phoenix, AZ and Eric Witmer (Susan) of Phillipsburg; and his grandchildren, Malorie, Kyle and Macye Witmer.
