He is survived by: his parents, William O. Rockey and Kathleen Joan Rockey (Kovich); his wife Janet F. Dressen; his children, Cyrstal O'Rourke (Kevin) of Phillipsburg, Natasha and Jason; and his siblings, Robert Rockey (Andrea) of Hutchinson, KS, Lorie Campbell (Max) of Phillipsburg and Patty Schafer of Arapahoe, NE. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
