He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Benjamin and Olive Sylvia Miller (Wallace); his siblings, Guy Benjamin Miller, Jr., Arlene Case Hoover and Sylvia Usrey; his stepfather Don Franklin Harsha; and his stepsiblings, Jack Harsha, Ruth Harsha Ratashak and Mae Harsha Lienberger.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Jeanne Stafford; his wife Joanne Philbrick; his brother-in-law Jim Usrey of Whetstone, AZ.; his stepchildren, Michael Philbrick (Marcia) of Seneca, Eugene Philbrick (Vickie) of Wichita, Gregg Philbrick (Susan) of Sugarland, TX, Stacey Moon (Darin) of Phillipsburg and Jeanne Ann Stafford of Tampa, FL.; and his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Philbrick (Lindsey), Anne Williams (Eric), Jason Philbrick, Ashley Philbrick, Nathan Moon, Eric Moon and Tyler Lichter. He is also survived by 4 step-great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and step-nieces and nephews.
