It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ian Michael DeWitt in Phillipsburg, Kansas, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dave, Terri Kingsbury and Jerry DeWitt. He is survived by: his father Jared DeWitt (Melody DeWitt); his stepfather Jeff; his uncle Jed; his mother Megan Beikmann (Kingsbury) of Concordia; his siblings, Kirsten Kingsbury of Jacksonville, NC, Dylan, Stanley DeWitt of Prairie View and Olivia Beikmann of Russell; his stepsiblings, Faith Dulany of Norton, Dylan Dulany, Heather Dulany of St. Francis and Riley Allen of Russell; his grandmother Gloria DeWitt of PrairieView; his nephew AJ; his nieces, Layla, Nayeli and Z'mara; and his aunts and uncles, Darrin (Trudi DeWitt), Kassy DeWitt (Zach Ayers), Jared (Jed), Ericka Kingsbury, Kim (AJ Kuhlmann), Katie (Jason Grabast), Ericka Wieck and Courtney (Elizabeth Wieck).
After graduation he attended lineman school at Manhattan during the pandemic.
Memorials may be made to the Ian DeWitt Memorial Fund to be designated at a later date.
