It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer Lively of Phillipsburg, Kansas, born in Golden, Missouri, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer John and Lily Lively; his brothers, Leo and Theo Lively; his brothers-in-law, Arnold Hill and Louis Edging; and his sister Floy Edging.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Lively; his children, Jacque Jerby (Rick), Edie Lively, Homer Eddie Lively II (Jill), Joy Lackey (Tim) and Tony Bowen (Terry); his sister Barbara Hill; his half-sister Carolyn Spivey; his siblings-in-law, Tom Tyrrell and Ruth Lucidi (Ed); and his grandchildren, Skylar, Kade, Jerrad, Hali, Deric, Alexis, Dakota, Marirae, Hunter, Gavin, Ryan and Anna. He is also survived by Grandkids.
89 years of teaching his kids and grandkids.
