She is survived by: her parents, Elmer Smith and Etta Smith (Griffin); her spouse Jerry Howell; her children, Patrick Wayne, Michael of Hays, KS, Tim of Phillipsburg, Linda Dougherty of Parsons, KS and Joyce Gregory of Lucas, KS; and her siblings, David Smith of Gibbon, NE, Delbert Smith of Lake, Clint Smith of Kearney, NE and Leota Kline of Ravenna, NE. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
