She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Horn and Darlene Horn (Crawmer); her grandson Ayden; and her sister Stephanie. She is survived by: her husband Mark; her children, Kevin (Jen) of Victoria, MN, Caleb of Ellis, KS and Cortney Trammell (Matt) of Speed, KS; her grandchildren, Maci Trammell, Ryan and Dylan Studley; and her sisters, Deb LeBlanc (Charlie) of Phillipsburg, Denise Lyon (Wyatt) of Speed and Dee Ann Breese (Dick) of Hill City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Speed Community Center or Belmont Cemetery.
