Riggs of Phillipsburg, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Riggs and Helen Riggs (Osgood); and his wife Sue. He is survived by: his former wife Susan M. Scheopner; his sons, Tim (Monica) and Alex (Erin); his brothers, Charles "Bo" of Hartford, CT and Doug of Bushton, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Tenley, Brecken, Blaise, Tobey and Logan. He is also survived by his boys and their wives; however, becoming Grandpa.
