Portenier; his children, Teresa Groff (Jerry) of Imperial, NE, Randy Horn (Julie) of Phillipsburg, KS, Christina Wilhelms of Jacksonville, FL, Darin Horn (Kim) of McPherson, KS and Sheila Niblock (Gary) of Phillipsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Amanda Chubb, Brandon Spickelmier (Julie), Tonya Wisinger (Tyson), Randi Kay Billings (Tyrel), Ethen Horn (Maddy), Jackson Horn, Kevin Wilhelms, Brian Wilhelms (Kristina), Kimberly Wilhelms, Danielle Horn, Jordyn Horn (Seth Graham), Dalyn Chapman (Caley Johnson), Kyler Chapman (Ashlon Stanford), Kyara Horn, Baby, Hayden Niblock, Kaitlin Niblock and Austin Niblock; his great grandchildren, Braxton Chubb, Adler Chubb, Charlee Spickelmier, Waycee Spickelmier, Kason Wisinger, Breyah Wisinger, McKenna Horn, Maleigha Horn, Daxton Horn, Jacob Wilhelms, Jessie Wilhelms, Chloe Wilhelms, De-Adrian Wilhelms, Rylan Barker, Stella Graham and Reid Christiansen; his sister Barbara Stephens of Phillipsburg, KS; and his sisters-in-law, Eva Jean Clark of Palmdale, CA, Darlene Heaton of Scottsbluff, NE, Loretta Portenier and June Portenier of Jamestown, TN.. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
