He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Jesse of Wichita, KS, Domenica Kalick and Angeline Horinek of Phillipsburg; and his sisters, Sharon Brundrett of Casa Grande, AZ and Jean Loyd of Topeka. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
