It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia (Cindy) Kelley (Phillipsburg, Kansas), born in Hays, Kansas, who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Gano and Donna Gano (Lively); her husband James; her children, Jason of Hays and Donna of Phillipsburg; and her sisters, Barbara Alexander of Russell and Brenda Johnson of Bird City.
