He is survived by: his friend Rolf Halstensen; his uncle Ken Bullock; his mother Mary; his stepfather Loyal Smith of Newton, KS; his daughter Krista Shea (Michael) of Mankato, KS; his uncle Kenneth Bullock of Independence, MO; his siblings, Kelvin Bullock of Hays, KS, Jim Cude (Lisa) of Fall River, KS, Karen Runnion (Mike) of Glade, KS and Kathy Whisenhunt (Jamie) of Seligman, MO; and his grandchildren, Vincent and Mika Joyce of Mankato, KS. He is also survived by 5 nephews and nieces, 7 great nephews and nieces.
