He is survived by: his parents, Merry VanderGiesen (Kingsbury) of Gaylord and Rick Martin (Tishia) of Derby; his children, Holden of Smith Center, Breeley of Smith Center and Taryn of Smith Center; his wife Lynnae Martin of Smith Center; his child Emery Martin of Smith Center; his grandfather Eldon "Stub" Martin of Smith Center; his siblings, Eric Martin (Becca) of Overland Park, Brenda McCartney (Jason) of Smith Center and Alex Martin (Tasha) of Olathe; his siblings-in-law, Sonya Buchholz (Jesse) of Lincoln, NE and Tracy Hudson of Chamberlain, SD; his stepsiblings, Tessa Wilkes (Dustin) of Derby and Brodie Beckman of Wichita; and his nieces and nephews, Mickalee, Abby, Allyiah, Dalton, Georgiah, Reis, Lynkin, DaMarcus, Audrey, Marianna and Jesse. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials may be given to Brian L. Martin Memorial Fund to be used for his children's education and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
