He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Jeff (Kelly), Stacye (Terry Redinger) of Phillipsburg and Sallye (Sean Lee) of Omaha; his sister Valeri Mork (Ron) of McPherson, Kansas.; and his grandchildren, Kacye, Brooke, Raegan, Taylor, Jordan, Meridyth and Hadyn.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Phillipsburg High School Athletic Department or the Luctor Christian Reformed Church.
