He is survived by: his children, Cristy V. Bidinger (Leon) of Perry, KS and Kyle D. Green (Renee) of Lawrence, KS; his sisters, Marita Hamm Herrera (Carter) of Bradenton, FL and Dr. Patricia Green of Longwood, FL; his grandchildren, Kallie Morris (Ricky) of Lawrence, KS, Nic Bidinger (Aliza) of Perry, KS, Laura Walter (Jake) of Olathe, KS, Austin Green (Hailey) of Kirkland, WA and Alex Green (Logan) of Fate, TX; and his great grandchildren, Dayton, Brinnley, Savannah, Jayce, Emma and Bennett. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
