He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Oak and Irabel Harper Oak; his brothers, Ned Oak (Lynn) of Macksville and Jon Oak (Tammy) of Arkansas City; his nieces and nephews, Joshua Oak (Connie) of Montrose, Adam Oak (Monica) of Kansas City, Missouri, Kristi Oak of Larned, Marissa Oak of Wichita, Maranda McMichael (Tyler) of Marion and Madison Oak of Overland Park; and his great-nephews, Bridger, Emmett Oak, Beckett, Brayson McMichael and Remington Brown.
