He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell William Bell and Lola Bell (Stripe); his former wife Joan Bell (Teetzel); his sister Cheryl Harris; and his great grandchild Isaac Sittenauer.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Joan" Teetzel; his children, Debbie Crawford (Jeff) of Peck, Steve Bell (Michelle) of Mulvane, Kevin Bell (Ellen) of San Antonio, TX and John Ritchey (Heather) of St. George; and his brother Samuel Bell (Nancy) of Peck. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
