He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Ellis Levitan and Gladys Edna Miles; and his siblings, Colleen Hogg (Gary) and Robin Bazil. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bazil; and his children, Michelle Davis, Robin Burnett, Wendell Noble Bazil, Julia Friddle (Ricky), Janay Guthrie and James L. Guthrie IV (Tobi). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren as well as numerous cousins nieces and nephews.
