He is survived by: his sister Maxine Ulsh; his nephew Marc Campbell (Carol); and his nieces, Priscilla Tiger (Chris), Phyllis Hasty (Don), Anita Muhs (Kent) and Lois Cox (Darrin). He is also survived by eight grand nieces, thirteen grand nephews, seven great grand nieces, and seven great grand nephews.
