She was predeceased by: her mother Susan Warwick; her grandmother Vera Warwick (Bernard); her aunts, Mona Huffman and Jeanie Warwick; her uncle Michael Warwick; and her cousin Jeremiah Warwick.
She is survived by: her son Jason Warwick-Ortiz; the father of her child Roy Ortiz; her father Jack Dalrymple (Jenny); her siblings, Desiree Warwick (Frankee), Layla Dalrymple (Paul), Jacqueline Dalrymple and Trent Dalrymple (Angelina); her aunt Laura Warwick-Kendall; and her cousins, Aubre Greene (Jonathan), Christy Huffman (Doug), Ashle Graves (Marcus) and Andrew Kendall (Jolene). She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family has created a GoFundMe to help cover Alicia's funeral expenses and support Jason's long and ongoing recovery.
