He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry and Helen Flach (Glotzbach); and his siblings, Clarence, Robert, Lawrence and Edna M. Zeller.
He is survived by: his former wife Linda Cromwell; his children, Mathew James, Mat Flach (Sue) and Cheri Bawden; his brother Walter Flach; and his sister-in-law Barbara Flach. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
