He was predeceased by: his grandparents, JayDee Schmidt, Ralph F. and Wanda Johnson (Hall). He is survived by: his parents, Roger C. Johnson (Debora Fox) and Sherri L. Schmidt; his daughter Faith; his brothers, Dustin Johnson and Denton Johnson; and his grandmother Vera Schmidt.
