She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Dade and Beulah M. Dade (Siegrist); her grandson Mark Southards; her son-in-law Bruce Southards; and her husband Jack Rexroad.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Southards; and her grandson Bret Southards (Kim). She is also survived by 2 great grandsons; 3 great granddaughters; 2 great-great grandsons; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Partridge Community Church or the American Heart Association, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
