He is survived by: his spouse Dorcee Anne Hollinger; and his siblings, Terry Ayres of Nickerson, KS, Gary Ayres (Melanie) of Seward, NE and Marla Miller (Donnie) of Hutchinson, KS. He is also survived by four nieces; and two nephews.
