He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Todd and Dulah Todd (Futrill). He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his children, William E. "Bill" Todd, Jr. (Jody) of Franklin, TN and Laura Brittingham (Scott) of Blue Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Kaleigh Todd, Hannah Smith (Nathan), Nicholas Brittingham, Madeleine Brittingham and Liam Todd; his sister Betty Davis (John) of Loris, SC; and his pet Shiloh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
